My consulting firm provides a wide range of services, from career development to community building, to help transgender individuals become successful leaders in their respective fields.
I am passionate about helping transgender individuals achieve their goals and realize their full potential. My team and I offer personalized strategies to guide individuals through their career journeys, while also helping to create a more inclusive and equitable working environment.

A Black transgender woman and the proud founder of La Femme Consulting. With a strong passion for transgender rights and equality, I have dedicated my career to advocating for the unique challenges faced by Black transgender women.
Having worked in the non-profit sector for several years, I witnessed firsthand the barriers and obstacles that hinder the progress of this marginalized community. Motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference, I took the bold step of establishing La Femme Consulting. My agency focuses on providing exceptional leadership development and capacity building services tailored specifically to the needs of Black transgender women.
Recognizing the urgent need for organizations and individuals to have access to expert guidance and support, my goal is to offer inclusive and equitable programs that foster growth and empowerment.
